Josh Smith

Pitching Instructor | 14U Coach

Recently retired from an 8-year professional career. After getting drafted in 2018 by the Texas Rangers, I made it up to AA Frisco where we won the Texas League in 2022.

After that, I went to play winter baseball in Puerto Rico for the Gigantes de Carolina, was named to the all-star team as well.

Last year, I signed to play in the Liga Mexicana in Mexico for the Bravos de Leon and played for Miguel Tejada. I had what many would call a career year last season but decided to get into the development side of the game.

Elaina Harms

Softball Instructor

With 9 years of travel softball experience and a college career at Spring Arbor University, I’ve competed at a high level and learned what it takes to succeed on the field. My senior year of high school, I batted .500 and earned All-State honors as a pitcher before becoming a starting middle infielder at the collegiate level, primarily at second base. I bring experience as both a hitter and defender, and I’m passionate about helping young athletes build their skills, confidence, and love for the game.
